Heights Track performed well last week despite some adverse weather in the District meet held at Nordonia High School.

Overall, the Tigers placed first in five events:

Boys 100m Dash, Jailen McNair
Boys 400m Daash, Aiden West
Girls 200m Dash, Leila Evans
Girls 800m Run, Jayda Davis
Girls 4x800m Run: Jayda Davis, Sydney Kilgo, Jane Mueller & Kassadi Thompson

3 additional events qualified for the Regional Meet in Austintown:

Boys 4x200m Relay (3rd): Jailen McNair, Dylan Brown, Henry Perrymond & Aiden West
Girls 100m Dash (2nd), Leila Evans
Girls 3200m Run (3rd), Kassadi Thompson

Runners will compete in the Regional Semi's on Wednesday, May 28th at Austintown-Fitch High School.
